Cover summary Indemnityguard provides photographers with essential professional indemnity cover, so that in the unfortunate event that you find yourself in dispute with a client, your professional indemnity cover will pay the cost of defending any allegations or claims made against you for your negligence or breach of duty of care, so you won''t have to meet these expensive legal costs from your own pocket.
If you are in the wrong, the policy will either pay the cost of putting the mistake right, or pay compensation on your behalf.
Cover benefitsIndemnityguard will:
- Pay your defence fees if a dissatisfied client brings a claim against you (even if it is not valid)
- Cover the cost of rectifying a mistake
- Cover you and any partner, director or employee
- Cover you for breach of professional duty arising out of negligence
- Cover you for alleged infringement of copyright, patent, registered design or other intellectual property rights
- Cover you anywhere in the world
- Cover the cost up to £25,000 of restoring or replacing your lost, damaged or destroyed documents, information or data, which is vital to the performance of your business
