If you need to make a claim on your Indemnityguard insurance our underwriters Brit Insurance Ltd will do everything possible to deal with your claim promptly.
Firstly, you need to:

Failure to do so may result in your claim being delayed or rejected.
Secondly, you will then need to, supply full details of the claim in writing, together with any supporting information they may request. You must send them any claim, writ or summons as soon as you receive it.
They will correspond with you directly in respect of your claim and will notify us of the outcome of your claim.
Do not negotiate, pay or settle, admit or deny any claim without your insurer's written permission.

Brit Insurance Ltd. cannot deal with your claim until they have received all the necessary information and supporting documentation. It is important to provide as much detail and supporting evidence as possible, failure to do so will inevitably result in a delay.
Dependent upon the circumstances of the claim, the underwriters reserve the right to request additional documentation or information as required.
For policies starting before 1st April 2008 :
